I heard tell of a man who decided to remain a virgin until his wedding night.
“If one of my seeds should fall on bad soil,” he reasoned, “the law of the land will require me to sit idly by while my first-born is executed before he or she draws first breath.”
If this rumor is true, this man has earned my abiding respect. He is carrying out the first duty of fatherhood – protection. I would pray that, in His time, God would provide him with an exceptional wife.

Sons are a heritage from the Lord,
children are a reward from him.
